New package `@geoalgeria/cliniques`, Algeria's clinics and proximity-care facilities from OpenStreetMap.

Fresh OpenStreetMap re-survey (2026-08-08 pull, `timestamp_osm_base` 2026-08-08T14:50:21Z): 3,790 to 3,797 pharmacies, 2,461 named, still 67 wilayas. 9 added and 2 dropped upstream (`44-00029` Barça Toufiq in Aïn Defla and `47-00001` in Ghardaïa). Precision 3,509 exact / 288 approximate. Enrichment moves a little: 146 with phone, 257 with opening hours (was 255), 1,163 with address (was 1,159), 526 with a `dispensing` flag (was 524). The 1,769-way bulk-import artifact near Attatba is still detected and excluded.

Fresh OpenStreetMap re-extract for the 2026 rentrée (2026-08-06 pull, `timestamp_osm_base` 2026-08-06T14:37:32Z): 11,830 to 11,855 schools, 8,635 named, all 69 wilayas. Id churn is minimal, 11,829 of 11,830 ids carry over, 26 added and 1 dropped (`16-00454` in Ben Aknoun, gone upstream or absorbed by de-dup), so existing joins on `id` keep working. Precision 2,843 exact / 9,012 approximate; de-dup removed 41 same-name-within-40m pairs plus 3 exact-coincident points. Cycle tallies barely move: primaire 4,019, moyen 2,378, secondaire 1,576, préscolaire 268, autre 3,614 (most of the growth lands in `autre`, the unnamed/uncycled bucket).

ESI's commune corrected to Oued Smar (user report): the campus point was right, the label was not. The nearest-centroid join had labelled the École nationale supérieure d'informatique with neighbouring Bab Ezzouar, whose commune centre is closer than Oued Smar's own; the school's published address is BP 68M, 16270 Oued Smar. A new curated seed (scripts/seeds/commune-labels.json) re-labels campus-precise records without moving the point, never across a wilaya boundary. Also fixes the build dates on --cache replays: a replay now reproduces the committed updated/retrieved dates instead of claiming a fresh retrieval that never happened.

Place the 557 establishments takwin.dz publishes without coordinates, taking the dataset from 1,375 of 1,932 geocoded (71%) to 1,920 (99%).

Commune postal codes are now office-derived: each commune's code comes from its own Algérie Poste offices (baridimap), fixing 187 rows that carried positional or colliding values (Akbou 06001, Bab Ezzouar 16024, Reggane 01004; zero duplicate codes remain). Communes with no resolvable office now carry no code rather than a fabricated one.

5G coverage refreshed from the operators' maps : 2,798 to 3,096 points. Mobilis grew 1,621 to 1,919 (1,273 sites kept, 646 added, 348 removed or moved; ids are content-deterministic, so a moved coordinate counts as remove + add). First Mobilis 5G points in Beni Abbes and In Guezzam; largest gains in Tlemcen (+29), Constantine (+23) and Tiaret (+17)

Data v2: telecom adopts the canonical contract, closing out the last v1 holdout

One new verified route: LYS to TLM (AH 1099), the return of the existing Tlemcen to Lyon leg, confirmed on Lyon airport's own Air Algerie page (which states the 2h10 flight time the schedule check reproduced exactly). Routes: 122 to 123, verified: 58 to 59. `routes_as_of` moves to 2026-07-29.

Route endpoints now carry names in three languages, and the route network carries a validity stamp.

The commune table is complete: 1,528 to 1,541, Algeria's official count. The 13 that were missing are the name-twin communes of the reform wilayas (10, 15, 23, 25, 31, 46, 51, 55, 64, 66, 68), each sharing a name with a commune elsewhere in the country, which is how they were lost. Every one is Wikidata-sourced and coordinate-verified, and lands field-identical to the rows the site already serves, so package and app agree. Dairas: 555 to 556, with Zmalet El Emir Abdelkader (wilaya 64) added and 13 `commune_count` values recomputed. Five of the new rows carry `postal_code: null` and five carry `code_commune: null`, where no citable value exists; both fields were already typed nullable, so nothing about the contract changes.
